Getting started

Create your first list by tapping the + button on the Home screen. Choose a category (Movies, Music, Books, Places, Checklists, and more), give it a title, and start adding items. Each category has its own fields and detail views — movies show posters, places show maps, and checklists support reminders.

List & item actions

• Swipe left on a list to Rename or Delete.
• Swipe right on a list to Set Default for that category.
• Swipe left on an item to Rename, Move, or Delete.
• Swipe right on an item to Set Reminder (checklists only) or Mark Complete.
• Drag items up or down to reorder and re-rank instantly.

Adding & rating items

Add items with the + button inside a list. Tap an item to open its detail view, where you can rate it with the 1–10 slider, add notes or tags, and attach images or map locations for Places.

Sharing from other apps

Listworthy supports the iOS Share Sheet. From apps like Safari, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, or Maps, choose Share → Listworthy to instantly create a new item or list with the shared link, title, and image filled in automatically. You can also paste a link directly into any Links, Products, or Miscellaneous list.

Sharing, exporting & importing

• Share as image: Open a list → Share → Share as Image to post your ranked list as a graphic.
• Export as file: Tap Share → Export to save a .listworthy file with all your list data (Silver and Gold).
• Import: Tap a shared .listworthy file in any app, then choose “Open in Listworthy” (Silver and Gold).

Reminders

Reminders are available in Checklists. Swipe right on an item and tap the bell to pick a date and time. Notifications are local — no sign-in required.

Shopping links

On product items, Listworthy shows direct buy buttons for both Amazon and eBay, and shared product lists include a QR code so friends can jump straight to the item.

iCloud sync & supporter tiers

iCloud sync is free for everyone and keeps your lists backed up across your Apple devices automatically. Optional one-time supporter tiers help fund development: Silver unlocks advanced export and import, and Gold includes everything in Silver plus removes banner ads.
